Based on the modular Gira System 55, the Gira E2 design line offers more than 300 functions for greater convenience, security and savings. From smart individual solutions, to door communication and networked building technology, KNX or wireless, you can implement your own Smart Home with various levels of configuration and it will be ready for whatever the future holds.

Touch-sensitive buttons and a high-contrast illuminated display make operating the Gira System 3000 Display blind timer easier than ever before. In addition to manual operation, the current time can be saved to programme the movement times for all seven days. Alternatively, the settings can be customised separately for specific days via the menu. The changeover between summer and winter time is carried out automatically.

The Gira touch sensor 3 Plus guarantees a particularly high level of convenience when operating numerous KNX functions. In addition to an integrated temperature sensor to measure the local temperature, it also features a controller for direct room temperature control. An external temperature sensor can also be connected if desired. The graphic display clearly shows temperature values, controller status, and messages from the KNX system.

Gira Keyless In Fingerprint is based upon a biometric system and uses what is possibly the oldest means of identification: the fingerprint. Fingerprints are absolutely unique, and this makes them unbeatable as an entry code when paired with the latest biometric identification process. Gira works with high-frequency technology, which is currently one of the most secure methods on the market for keyless entry to a building.

For the first time, Gira is offering a USB power supply with two sockets for installation in the flush-mounted device box, which will match the design line. Mobile devices such as smartphones and cameras can be charged directly via the Gira USB power supply without the need for an additional charger. The charging current is up to 2100 mA, which allows even the most power-hungry devices to be charged.
