Gira Smart Home App – mobile control of the intelligent home

The user-​friendly Gira Smart Home App turns smart­phones and tab­lets into con­veni­ent op­er­at­ing ele­ments for a KNX in­stall­a­tion with the Gira X1 or the Gira One sys­tem. Whether dim­ming, switch­ing, roller shut­ters, blinds, heat­ing con­trol, scenes, timers or other func­tions of in­tel­li­gent build­ing tech­no­logy, the Smart Home can be con­trolled not only at home, but also away from home. Se­cure ac­cess takes place both on site and re­motely via en­cryp­tion and di­gital cer­ti­fic­ates – in the case of the Gira X1 via the con­nec­ted Gira S1, in the case of Gira One dir­ectly via the Gira One server. Vari­ous ad­just­ment op­tions, such cre­at­ing and edit­ing scenes and timers, user rights man­age­ment, pres­ence sim­u­la­tion or in­teg­rat­ing Sonos speak­ers and lamps from the Philips Hue sys­tem, as well as IP se­cur­ity cam­eras with Gira One, allow the look of the home to be cus­tom­ised.

DCS mobile App – mobile access to the Gira door communication system

Whether on the move or using your home WLAN net­work: with Gira DCS mo­bile, Gira is in­tro­du­cing a new high­light for mo­bile door com­mu­nic­a­tion ac­cess. As a func­tion in the fa­mil­iar DCS-​IP gate­way for iOS and An­droid smart­phones. Now via Gira's own portal solu­tion. Highly en­cryp­ted via Se­cure Data Ac­cess, which is also used in Gira S1. New fea­tures such as early media, group calls and the award-​winning Gira in­ter­face design en­sure that you know who is at the door even when you are not at home. In the first ver­sion, im­ages are up­dated twice a second. Other func­tion­al­it­ies will fol­low in later up­dates. An up­date file will be avail­able for all users who already use a DCS-​IP gate­way.

Gira Keyless In App – easy and individual configuration

A wizard guides the user through start-up of the Gira System 106 Keyless In fingerprint module on a step-by-step basis using questions that are easy to follow. A Bluetooth interface makes subsequent configuration of the device secure and easy using its own app.

The app provides detailed user management: Up to ten persons can be saved as administrators. Adding new users and removing them again when they are absent can be done flexibly – without changing any other rights. Rights can also be assigned on an individual basis, such as access for one single occasion or within a defined time slot.
