Gira Giersiepen GmbH & Co. KG (hereinafter "Gira") intends to collect personal data in the form of photographs, names and e-mail addresses via the "photo mosaic campaign" and to publish the photographs on its own website and social media channels.
I agree that Gira may publish photographs of me that I upload on the Gira website for the purpose of creating and publishing them for press purposes in the following media:
- Contributions in a photo collage as part of the digital event "Light + Building 2022"
- Contributions in a photo collage at the trade fair stand of the company Gira Giersiepen GmbH & Co. KG at the "Light + Building 2022" trade fair in Frankfurt
- Contributions on the www.partner.gira.com
- Contributions on the intranet of Gira Giersiepen GmbH & Co. KG
- Posts on the social media platforms Facebook, Instagram und LinkedIn by Gira Giersiepen GmbH & Co. KG
I also expressly agree that operators and visitors of the selected media may be granted access to my data from a third country (outside the European Economic Area) for the above-mentioned purposes, although no level of data protection comparable with EU law is guaranteed in this respect. Therefore, compliance with the data protection principles of Union law is not guaranteed. In this respect, there may be a violation of my fundamental rights and freedoms and resulting damages. This may make it more difficult for me to assert my rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (e.g. information, correction, deletion, compensation) and, if necessary, to enforce them with the help of authorities or in court.
Insofar as the photographs and other information about my person contain special categories of personal data* about me in accordance with Art. 9 of the Data Protection Regulation (e.g. information about my religious affiliation or health data), I also consent to the above-mentioned use in this respect.
I also consent to Gira collecting my name and e-mail address and using them to send a "thank you e-mail" in which I receive a reference to the final overall mosaic.
My consent is valid until revoked, which I can declare at any time in whole or in part with effect for the future, to: fachpartnerservice@gira.de Data processing carried out before my revocation on the basis of this consent(s) remains lawful.
