Gira X1 firmware update

Bugs fixed
- A manually assigned IP address is reset to Auto IP after the Gira X1 is restarted.
This error only occurs in systems in which there is no DHCP server in the IT infrastructure!
- Memory leak in the logic overview on the device website.
