The KNX alarm control unit plug-in is used in connection with the Gira alarm control unit KNX (Order Number 1142 00) to display the current system states of the alarm control unit or operate it.
The following sub-elements can be displayed in the plug-in:

1. SA: Internal (monitoring of exterior)
2. SA: External (monitoring of exterior and interior)
3. SA: Neutral (to illustrate the possible basic configurations of the security areas)
4. Status display (display unit with display of the 3 system texts from the KNX alarm control unit)
5. Alarm reset
6. Fire alarm
7. Assault alarm

The activation and deactivation are provided with four-digit PIN protection. It can be set individually via the quadrant configuration.
In addition to the "normal" code, a second code can be parameterised for a silent alarm. This can be used to activate or deactivate the system and simultaneously trigger a silent alarm per communication object. This allows an action to be triggered invisibly in case of an assault.
The quadrant configuration can be used to select whether acoustic signalling should be triggered in case of alarm (fire, assault, or burglary) via the QuadClient (e.g. Gira Control 19). The duration of the alert can also be set.
