BHeating / Cooling Curve - MAHO LABS

The node calculates the target flow temperature of a heating or cooling system from the current outdoor temperature. Slope and parallel shift allow the curve to be matched precisely to the building – from underfloor heating in a new build through classic radiators in older properties to chilled ceilings in office buildings. The operating mode, heating or cooling, is selected directly in the node via a drop-down and cannot be written from outside. Both modes have their own clearly prefixed parameter sets, so the GPA dialogue immediately shows which parameters belong to the active mode. All values are pre-set with practical defaults.

Key features
• Separate parameter sets for heating and cooling with slope, parallel shift, base point, design outdoor temperature, minimum and maximum flow temperature and the heating or cooling limit.
• Night setback in heating mode and night boost in cooling mode, each with an adjustable delta and optionally driven by a time switch.
• Dew point protection: the flow temperature is raised on a dew point alarm to prevent condensation on cooling surfaces.
• Outputs for flow temperature, head point, base point and a demand signal for the circulation pump or chiller.
• On/off parameter to disable the node completely, writable from outside.
